Inaugural CSR Competition to be Held at Auto Glass Week™ 2017

Do you work with amazing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)? Well, it’s time they get their moment in the spotlight – $2,500 and an all-expense paid trip to West Palm Beach! Auto Glass Week presents the Customer Service Representative (CSR) competition. The CSR competition will recognize those who are the voice of the automotive glass industry – the individuals who interact with customers on behalf of an organization and work hard to secure business for years to come.

Contestants in the preliminary rounds of the inaugural CSR competition will be divided into four regional competitions across the United States and will compete from their offices. Competitors will participate in a mystery shopper experience and will receive a call during the month of August. Companies and their competitors will not be notified of the date or time of the call ahead of time. A team of judges will grade the call.

One finalist from each region will be invited to compete in the finals round to be held on Friday, October 6, at Auto Glass Week™ 2017. All finalists will receive up to $350 toward their airfare and two room nights at the host hotel for October 5 and October 6 as well as a free full registration to Auto Glass Week.

The gold medalist and grand champion will be announced at the Closing Award Party on Friday, October 6 and will receive a prize of $2,500 and bragging rights as the best Auto Glass Customer Service Representative in the world.

Competitors may register for the CSR competition on the official event website. There is a limit of two customer service representatives per company (nationwide) that may register.
