“This incident took place in the same area as our Forsyth Road shop in Orange County, near Full Sail University,” Cheskis says. “Our local team immediately informed our senior leadership of the situation and has been working with law enforcement to help in any way we can. We are also working to mitigate any disruption this may have on our customers and operations.”

Cheskis says the shop has resumed normal business hours, and has not been closed due to the police’s investigation.

“Our primary focus right now is for the neighborhood, as well as the safety of our employees and customers,” Cheskis adds. “We will continue to support the police in their work as we move forward to normalize the situation as quickly as possible.”

He says the company had been contacted by business partners, suppliers and numerous members of the auto glass industry, to which he’s appreciative for their concern and well wishes.

“For now, our thoughts and best wishes are with those affected by this tragic incident, the community where we do business and with the well-being of our staff,” Cheskis says.
