    I recently had my rear windscreen smashed and my car was broken into!

    My insurance company Churchil has Autoglass as their approved provider of screens, and all claims and calls to do with glass replacement is automatically directed to Autoglass!

    It took over 4 weeks for Autoglass to replace the rear windscreen for my MERCEDES. They didn’t have the right glass in their stock but never spent enough attention to order the correct glass to manufacturer and it took three technician visits before glass was fixed! I incurred over £800 of car hire for my travel back and forth to work and they did not pay a penny towards it!

    They only waived the glass excess cost of £75 and gave me £50 as a good will! Unfortunately, as the market leader in U.K. in this sector looks like they have become complacent in customer service and lack due diligence to provide a speedy service to fix the problems their customers face!

    Not recommended!
