On Thursday, October 5, from 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m., Auto Glass Week will feature a timely presentation which focuses on two areas: millennial employees and customers and how to find and keep both.
You’ll learn characteristics of millennials, where to find employees, and strategies to use to keep them. Then you’ll learn the characteristics of millennial buyers and where to find them, how to appeal to them and what attributes they value. Be sure to learn about the largest generation in the United States. With a current population of around 79 million, the millennial generation is expected to grow to 81 million over the next 20 years, according to the Census Bureau’s latest estimates. They are your future.

Casey Flores, uber-millennial and account executive for Auto Glass Week™
Casey Flores is an account executive for Auto Glass Week and Key Communications, Inc. and is the former editor of Window Film and Paint Protection Film Magazine. Flores graduated with a degree in communication studies from California University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Communication Association’s Honor Society. He is an award-winning millennial, having won gold with Chris Bunn, video producer, from the American Society of Business Publication Editors’ (ASBPE) for the episode, “The Texas Film Giant.” Bunn and Flores also received a bronze in the video news category for its FILM’d episode, “Pro Tint Orlando Opens Following Pulse Shooting.” TintTV also took home a national silver ASBPE award for the episode on Genesis Window Tinting.
Daniel Snow, manager of Glass.com®
Daniel Snow has been part of the team at a major glass information company for more than two years before being tapped to manage Glass.com®. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from George Mason University, and has been able to put his numerous skills and attributes to use at glass-related events. Prior to this role, he worked in the real estate industry as a marketing specialist for a sales team and assisted in the firm’s administration. Snow even spent a summer working at a local family-owned and operated glass shop prior to attending college and is an Auto Glass Safety Council™ Certified Technician.
Auto Glass Week will be held October 4-6 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.
