PGW Auto Glass Acquires Michaelson’s Glass

PGW Auto Glass, an LKQ company, acquired Lakewood, New Jersey-based wholesale glass dealer Michaelson’s Glass on Monday according to a statement obtained by glassBYTEs.

The statement, attributed to Michaelson’s Glass, reads, “I, along with the Michaelson’s and PGW Auto Glass teams, will work together to make this a seamless transition. PGW Auto Glass strives to offer the same level of quality, service and partnerships that each of you has experienced these past 30 years.

“Myself, and the entire Michaelson’s organization, wish to personally thank each of our valued customers for their business and support over the years and look forward to that continued relationship.”

PGW has more than 125 distribution branches throughout North America. This is the company’s second acquisition this month. PGW representatives had not responded to glassBYTEs’ request for comment at press time.
