National Windscreens has appointed Colin McIntosh as training and compliance manager in Scotland.
He will be responsible for the development of training programs for new starters and existing staff, including ensuring employees achieve relevant Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs).
“Skills, training and qualifications are a critical part of National Windscreens continued growth,” said McIntosh, who is based in Glasgow. “We want our employees to be the best in what they do, and this ensures our customers know they will receive only the best quality service, which is what they would expect.
“A highly skilled and qualified workforce is critical for our growth, and that means we have to continually review our training programs to ensure we are always in advance of what our customers require.”
