Glass Doctor Recognizes Top Performers at Annual Conference

Texas-based Glass Doctor recently held its annual conference in Dallas, where it recognized its top performing employees from its franchisees across the country for their noteworthy performances throughout the year.

Ashley Bosserman, an employee of Glass Doctor of Shenandoah Valley in Harrisonburg, Va., was awarded Office Professional of the Year. Nominated by her employer Chad Wilcher and selected by the company’s home office staff, Bosserman was recognized for being an overall model employee by setting a good example for her colleagues with her work ethic and customer satisfaction.

Erin Kelly was the recipient of the company’s Woman of the Year award. Kelly is an employee of Glass Doctor of Cleveland/Columbus, owned by Matt Kelly. She was recognized for having the greatest contribution to the success of her franchise, as well as her continuing efforts that strengthen and support the success of the franchise. Kelly was nominated by her employer and selected by the home office staff.

Also an employee of Glass Doctor of Cleveland/Columbus, Dave Stankiewicz received the Specialist of the Year award in recognition of his high sales performance and add-on percentage. As a recipient of this award, Stankiewicz also demonstrated a high degree of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

Chase Pierson of Glass Doctor of North Texas located in Carrollton was recognized as the Sales Professional of the Year. He received the award based on his closure ratio to leads, professionalism, customer interaction, attention to detail, sales follow-ups and the volume of sales he contributed to the company. Pierson was nominated by his employer Larry Patterson.
