AAA Northeast made two announcements today that the company hopes will benefit its members and mean growth for the company. The company’s glass program, which offers auto glass repairs and replacements, is expanding its current territory, and will now offer its services to its members throughout southern New England. The company also announced JN Phillips Auto Glass has teamed up with AAA Northeast to introduce the Approved Auto Glass program.
Modeled after the AAA Approved Auto Repair program, approved auto glass facilities will be required to meet AAA’s requirements for member satisfaction, as well as offering member-exclusive discounts and dispute resolution.
“AAA Northeast is thrilled to partner with JN Phillips,” says Tom Terwilliger, AAA Auto Glass vice president. “For more than 100 years we’ve dedicated ourselves to providing excellent products and services to our members. Partnering with JN Phillips broadens that mission, extends our reach, and opens up new opportunities for millions of members throughout our territory.”
The newly formed team will add 40 new glass locations to aid in providing coverage in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. JN Phillips is also a registered member of the Auto Glass Safety Council.
