1 Response to PGW Buys Multiple Dakotaland Locations

  1. It’s a shame that Dakota sold to PGW. Accessibility to auto glass is now more sparse in the Twin Cities than ever due to this move. We have NO sales rep to contact when there is an issue, we have to call the call center in California or Florida..and we all know what that is like…worthless getting issues resolved. We are still waiting for the ‘you have to have your returns done by 11/16’ pick up. The parts are still sitting here. Dakotaland is no longer available to pick up the parts and PGW doesn’t want to claim them. I know there will be bugs to work out, but, why are the glass shops held hostage and tying up our monies while they work on their issues. It would be nice to have a local rep and someone we can discuss things. Also, PGW Credit department is HORRID to try and reach someone, you are on hold for as long as you are with SGC network (over 30+ minutes) and not even given the option of leaving a message. I’ve emailed them and NEVER get a response, ever. Idea. hire some employees that can handle it.
