Casey Flores has been named the European sales manager for the company’s titles including AGRR magazine, effective January 1, 2019. Flores has been with Key Media and Research (KMR) since June 2014 and served as an editor for the company before moving into a full-time sales role in 2016. He succeeds Patrick Connelly who retired at the end of last year after more than 30 years with the company.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with Patrick all these years, yet I understand he is ready for more time to enjoy his family. We are thrilled to have someone like Casey, who cares deeply about his customers, stepping into his shoes and have been planning for this transition for almost two years,” says Debra Levy, KMR president.
Flores was already responsible for sales in the Asian, South American, Middle Eastern and African territories for AGRR and KMR’s five other publications: Door and Window Market (DWM) magazine (www.dwmmag.com), Window Film magazine (www.windowfilmmag.com), PPFMag (www.ppfmag.com), USGlass magazine, (www.usglassmag.com) and Architect’s Guide to Glass and Metal (www.glassguides.com). He will remain in the role of account executive for KMR’s regional Glass Expos (www.glassexpos.com) and annual Auto Glass Week™ (www.autoglassweek.com) and International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (www.wfctevent.com).
“With the highest circulation of any glass-related magazine in the world, and the independently audited one in North America, I look forward to getting our European and international clients the most out of their marketing efforts in the United States,” Flores says. “The U.S. has a booming economy and a restructured tax code that encourages investment, so now more than ever is when companies are looking to invest.”
Flores is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in communication studies and is currently enrolled in Harvard Extension School online pursuant to a graduate degree in international relations. He is based in Pittsburgh.
