The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced the acquisition of a multi-store operation consisting of 11 collision repair locations in Michigan. These repair centers, which previously operated under the names of Dusty’s Collision (seven locations), Whitney’s Collision (three locations) and Wright Brothers Collision (one location), are located in Ann Arbor, Flint and Lansing in eastern and central Michigan.
“The addition of these new locations allows us to bring our brand of service to new customers and better assist our insurance partners,” said Tim O’Day, the Boyd Group chief operating officer and president.
