JN Phillips Auto Glass, part of TruRoad Holdings Inc., has acquired Glaser Auto Glass, a two location company headquartered in New Bedford, Mass.
Both companies have years of experience in serving Massachusetts’ drivers, according to JN Philips Auto Glass.
“Glaser Glass was started by Morris Glaser, who was later joined by his son, Alvin. JN Phillips Auto Glass was founded by my grandfather who was later joined by my dad, Norman, and my uncle Joe. Our companies complement each other perfectly, and embrace the same high standards,” said Bob Rosenfield, JN Phillips CEO.
Glaser Auto Glass will continue to operate out of its current New Bedford location at 1265 Purchase Street. Jeff Glaser will continue managing it. Gary Wallace is expected to join the calibration services team, according to a press release.
The acquisition helps expand the TruRoad service footprint. Its business model features on-demand auto-service and claims management provided on a digital platform. Its platform enables real‐time, rapid response auto glass, ADAS recalibration and claims resolution in all 50 states, according to the company’s release.
“We are very excited to join with the Glaser Glass family to continue a long history of auto glass excellence and service, and to be able to add our advanced digital on-demand auto glass and claims resolution capabilities to Glaser’s auto glass services,” said Rosenfield.
