The GTS Services/Glaxis Team have notified customers that its RightGlass and Online NAGS Catalog services at apps.glaxis.com have been down for some time and will remain down “indefinitely.”
However, the company notes that it is using the downtime “to improve [its] total vehicle coverage user experience in RightGlass.”
The company notes that those with outstanding parts credits that have not been refunded may contact the company at support@glaxis.com.
