Automotive Glass Europe’s Managing Director Retires

Pim de Ridder

After 11 years with Automotive Glass Europe, Pim de Ridder is set to retire from his position as managing director on 1st June 2019.

de Ridder was one of the founders of Automotive Glass Europe and immediately became managing director and chairman of the board in 2008. The alliance started as a co-operation between 4 partners and is now a network in 22 countries in Europe, North-America and Southern-Africa.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Automotive Glass Europe and have worked with many ambitious and committed people to achieve our objectives. It has been incredible to see the monumental growth in the group throughout the past 11 years. I wish the alliance every success in the future and believe that it will be a very bright one for all,” said de Ridder.

The new managing director will be announced shortly.
