National Windscreens Opens Training School in Peterborough

National Windscreens Peterborough Center

National Windscreens opened a new training center in Peterborough to help expand its training school network, according to the company. The training center has three car bays, with three additional bays scheduled to be installed later this year.

The center’s objectives include training new technicians and to ensure existing technicians are kept up to date with ongoing training. With a commitment to continuing professional development, the company’s latest new hires have been concentrating on advanced direct glazing removal methods, using alternative cutting mediums and methods to minimize any potential damage to vehicle or technician, according to the company.

“The investment in the training center is already proving very valuable and later this year we’ll be expanding yet again, so that we can accommodate even more technicians at one time,” said Nick Ward, National Windscreens regional operations director.
