Clairus Group Announces New US Service Operations Vice President

Clairus Group (Clairus) announced Jim Richardson as its new vice president of U.S. service operations.

Since the company entered the US in January 2019, it’s embarked on an aggressive growth strategy, according to Clairus, it acquired 11 service centers and 34 mobile units in the US since the beginning of the year.

Richardson will lead both strategy and operational excellence of Clairus Group’s US activities. He is a leader in the automotive glass industry with over 25 years of experience, having served in senior executive roles for various companies in the auto glass industry. Some of his roles include being ABRA Auto Body & Glass’ vice president and the executive president of Richardson Auto Glass. Clairus says his sales leadership, communication, interpersonal and motivational skills, combined with his passion for strategic growth and organizational change will strengthen the company’s efforts to expand in the US market.
