K&K Glass Celebrates 25th Anniversary in Florida

K&K Glass is celebrating its 25th year of operation in November 2019. The company was originally established in 1972 by Cedric Knowlton in Michigan where it was successfully run until Knowlton moved his family down to Florida in 1981.

In 1994, Knowlton’s son, Dan decided to open his own shop in Zephyrhills, Fla. From 1994 to 2003, K&K Glass grew from two employees to over 20, and expanded its market from eastern Pasco County to nine counties throughout Florida.

As a full-service glass business K&K Glass has grown naturally from the acquisitions of other glass shops within the Floridian marketplace, according to the company.

“As we approach 25 years in business, we are reminded of and appreciate all of the many customers that have chosen to work with K&K Glass over the years, and combine it alongside the memories of all of the hard-working and dedicated employees that have helped along the way,” said Knowlton.
