Safelite Acquires Quick’s Glass Service

Safelite Group (Safelite), the owner of Safelite AutoGlass, announced its acquisition of Quick’s Glass Service’s assets. According to the company, the transaction was completed at the close of business October 25, 2019.

Quick’s Glass Service had been in business for decades, and was owned and managed by Clint Harless. Most recently the company operated various brands in the northern Central Valley of California, which includes Quick’s Glass Service, Sacramento Autoglass and Stockton Auto Glass.

“This acquisition helps expand Safelite’s capacity in this busy area of the country and will extend our footprint in the northern Central Valley of California,” said Tom Feeney,

Safelite Group president and CEO. “Clint instilled a commitment to customer service that nicely aligns with our company’s purpose. We’re very excited to welcome his team to Safelite and look forward to a bright future together.”

According to Safelite, Quick’s Glass Service will leverage its operational systems, vehicle safety system expertise, distribution network, global purchasing power, and insurance and commercial relationships.
