Gary Turner, vice president at HSG/CodeBlue, passed away on December 1 after a battle with cancer. The CodeBlue Family shared the sad news, along with their condolences following his passing.
“Gary was a friend to every person he met and worked for years in the glass industry. Whether you knew Gary for one hour or 20 years, he treated you with respect and made you feel important to him. He spent the last 14 years of his life working at CodeBlue lifting people up and making their lives better. He was a dedicated family man and never missed an opportunity to share stories of his wife, Michelle, and his boys, Ryan and Shane,” said the statement from the CodeBlue family.
“I have had the privilege of working with Gary over the past 14 years and have never met a better man,” said Paul Gross, founder of CodeBlue. “I loved Gary and I will miss him dearly.”
Turner’s experience in the glass industry also included serving as vice president of Glass America from 1999-2003. He also served as vice president of Globe Glass & Mirror for 15 years from 1983-1998.
“We will miss Gary greatly and feel honored to have known him,” continued the statement from the CodeBlue family. “We offer our love and condolences to the family during this tough time. Gary would want us to hold our heads high, tell a funny story about him, and treat one another the way he always treated us.”
