National Windscreens has opened a regional distribution center in Scotland. The new unit became operational last month and is located next door to the company’s Glasgow fitting and calibration center.
The 10,000-square-foot facility will supply National Windscreens’ nine fitting and advanced driver assisted systems (ADAS) calibration centers in Scotland. The new site will also facilitate daily deliveries from its warehouse in Pinxton. Six jobs have already been created as a result of the investment.
“We have invested in a new state of the art distribution center to allow us to continue providing motorists with the highest possible level of service,” said Andy Rae, regional director for National Windscreens.
