Today Safelite Solutions (Safelite) announced a new strategic partnership with Westhill Inc. (Westhill), an Atlanta-based digital solutions company. According to a Safelite press release, Westhill’s “breakthrough technology redefines the traditional property insurance claims process, resulting in a greatly enhanced policyholder experience.”
The Atlanta based Westhill has developed a management system that connects the policyholder, service provider, and claims professional through a common digital platform to expedite any needed repairs. It promotes four areas of expertise with regard to insurance scheduling: real-time access, resource management, reputation systems and dynamic scheduling. According to the website it provides detailed scheduling and trafficking and carriers can “redirect resources to expedite the claims process” and announced the news there by saying “Safelite Solutions Group invests in strategic partnership with insurtech disruptor.”
Westhill’s technology strongly aligns with Safelite’s commitment to delivering an exceptional policyholder experience for the insurance carriers they serve, said the release.
