Classic Glass of Woburn Founder, Bill Brodie Has Died

William (Bill) Brodie, passed away on March 14, 2020. Brodie died peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family, according to The Andover Townsman online.

Brodie founded Classic Glass of Woburn, which he owned for 46 years. His love of the glass industry was nurtured at a young age in the then family business, JN Phillips Glass, according to his obituary. He loved all things New England, especially sports and stockcar racing.

His greatest passion were his children: Shari Fabiani (Tom), Jami Marad (Paul), and grandchildren, Paige Ilyce Fabiani, Jacob Brodie Fabiani, Samuel George Marad, and Matthew David Marad.

He is survived by his wife Bobbi Brodie, Philip Brodie (Naomi), his sister-in-law Janet Brodie. He is predeceased by his brother Edward Brodie.

    Bill will be sorely missed, he was a great person and a great president of the MGDA. Bill thought me all about the tools I was selling to him when I just got in the business. I could never repay the knowledge he Passed on to me. My condolences to the family.
