Customer service representatives are the initial point of contact for all businesses. There is an opportunity to give these important employees a chance to showcase their skills. The Auto Glass Customer Service Representative (CSR) competition at Auto Glass Week™ 2021 is a unique venue to display what consumer’s experience and the deadline to register is approaching fast on October 19.
Competitors will participate in a “mystery shopper” experience during the preliminary rounds and be reviewed and graded by a panel of judges. The top scores will be invited to compete in the finals round to be held on Thursday, January 14. New for this year – finalists can compete in person or virtually so CSRs can compete directly from their office or home.
The grand prize winner will receive $1,000 plus bragging rights as being the best auto glass CSR and the winner’s company gets bragging rights to having the country’s best Auto Glass CSR. One previous winner’s owner estimated that his employee’s win brought them more than $500,000 in business.
