Autoglass recently announced its new three and a half-year contract with Ageas, one of the largest car insurers in the UK. The new partnership, which went live on November 1, 2020 will see Autoglass offer its glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Ageas customers across the country.
“Securing a new account win with one of the UK’s largest car insurers is a testament to our excellent team and industry-leading ADAS proposition,” said Neil Atherton, Autoglass sales and marketing director. “We offer a co-branded landing page functionality for Ageas customers giving them a seamless and better online experience when choosing to book online with us via Ageas websites.”
A key factor in Autoglass being awarded the contract is the company’s forward-thinking approach to the customer journey and digitalization, according to the company. Autoglass was also chosen due to its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration proposition.
“We selected Autoglass because we are confident that their established ADAS proposition will offer a safe and efficient service to our customers,” said Robin Challand, Ageas Insurance claims director.
