Glass Doctor Honors Top Franchise Performers During Virtual Reunion

Glass Doctor, a Neighborly company, recently announced its franchise network’s top performers of 2019 during Neighborly United, the organization’s first-ever virtual reunion.
“Neighborly’s annual reunion may have looked a bit different this year, but the pride we all have to be a part of the world’s largest family of home service brands shone as bright as ever,” said Brad Roberson, Glass Doctor president. “Despite the challenges 2020 presented to our Glass Doctor network, our franchise owners have risen to the occasion to help make this a year of success and growth for our united team.”
Top award winners included:

  • Franchisee of the Year: Dave & Deb Herrli, owners of Glass Doctor of Elkhart, Ind.: This award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a franchise owner. It is presented to the owner who has consistently grown through proper training and management of their organization with a consistently high level of sales through quality, professional service.   • Rookie of the Year: Tony Morehouse, owner of Glass Doctor of Glass Doctor of Grayslake, Ill.: This award is presented by each brand to the franchise owner who, in their first full calendar year, has demonstrated outstanding performance in sales and building their organizations.
  • Personal Achievement Award: Charlotte Allgood, owner of Glass Doctor of Dothan, Ala.: This award is presented annually to those individuals who attain outstanding achievement in sales, manpower growth, franchise development or personal growth during the year.

“While we may not have been able to celebrate these outstanding individuals in person, it was an honor to shine a spotlight on the Glass Doctor owners who represented the very best of what our franchise network had to offer this year,” said Roberson.

In addition to celebrating the success of these franchise owners, Glass Doctor also has much to celebrate in terms of development and growth as it heads into the final quarter of this year. As of the close of September 2020, the brand’s growth highlights include 10 new franchise agreements signed and seven new franchise locations opened just since January, the company reported.
