Fix Network recently announced the appointment of Leo Filippone as its Canadian sales vice president. Filippone is a results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in the vehicle rental, automotive and travel industries, according to the company, and he is recognized for his ability to lead and implement winning strategies for multinational corporations.
Prior to joining Fix Network, Filippone held several leadership positions at two major corporations. As Hertz Car Rental’s General Manager for Canada, he was tasked with expanding Canadian operations while ensuring customer service excellence and financial profitability, according to the company. He also served 18 years at Enterprise Car Rental in Quebec, in which he held senior roles in operations and sales.

Reporting to Sylvain Seguin, Fix Network’s executive vice president (Canada), Filippone will be responsible for establishing sales strategies and direction for the B2B segment within all verticals in Canada, including collision, glass and mechanical repair. He will assist in growing new business and developing strong customer relationships with insurers, fleet companies and industry partners.
