Best Glass Donates $30,000 to Celebrate 30 Years in Business

Best Glass, located in Phoenix, Ariz., was founded in 1991 with the intention of providing a greater level of service than was currently available in the Greater Phoenix area, according to the company. Best Glass started out by providing only auto glass, but then it quickly grew into a full-service company providing a full line of glass for automotive, residential and commercial applications.

As the company celebrates its 30 year anniversary, founder Bob Hittenberger, considered all of the potential options for promotions, sales and giveaways but couldn’t bring himself to promote the company when so many were hurting in the midst of the pandemic. Hittenberger decided it was the perfect time to give back to the community that had helped Best Glass thrive. Partnering with St. Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix, Ariz., Best Glass is donating $30,000 in matching funds to provide food for those in need.

Hittenberger said he believes that many of those in need are the same people that supported his business over the past 30 years and he wants to give back. By providing matching funds, their goal is to raise at least $60,000, which would mean 420,000 meals to the community.
