NOVUS Glass Plants its Flag in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec

NOVUS Glass, an automotive glass repair and replacement brand, has reinforced its presence in Canada with the opening of a location in Quebec’s St-Hyacinthe region.

NOVUS Glass St-Hyacinthe marks a milestone in entrepreneur Real Arcand’s aftermarket career. Arcand, who has been associated with Fix Network since 2011, operates six Fix Auto facilities in Quebec. The locations include St-Hubert East, Chambly, Longueuil East, Brossard, Varennes and St-Hyacinthe. The St-Hyacinthe addition allows the industry veteran more control.

“Most of the time, collision involves significant damage to the vehicle’s glass parts,” Arcand says. “By offering NOVUS Glass services in-house, we can now manage the glass repair and replacement requirements better, reducing time and costs. This also helps reassure the customer about our ability to fully repair their vehicle to OEM standards, as our technicians are qualified in these important automotive fields.”

The new location features ADAS calibration equipment, allowing technicians to recalibrate and reprogram modern vehicles fitted with complex systems. Yves Roy, regional vice president-Quebec for Fix Network, welcomed the opening.

“Real Arcand’s teams at his six Fix Auto locations have reported strong growth over the years and I am confident that his latest venture—NOVUS Glass St-Hyacinthe—will continue that stellar performance,” Roy says. “At Fix Network, we are determined to support such forward-thinking entrepreneurs and ensure that they continue to remain profitable.”
