Safelite® Group, a vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass®, announced an agreement to acquire the assets of Advanced Glass and Trim in Jackson, Wyo. The transaction was completed on Friday, July 30, 2021.
Advanced Glass and Trim is an automotive glass facility specializing in windshield replacement, rock chip repair and 3M window tinting. The single location is located more than 60 miles away from the nearest Safelite store and will increase customer access to services, according to the company.

Advanced Glass and Trim will leverage Safelite’s operational systems, safety system expertise (recalibrations), distribution network, purchasing power and insurance and commercial relationships, according to the company.
