Richard Burnham, 58, is charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal mischief causing damage of $1,000 or more after “an unprovoked, racially prejudiced attack on a car occupied by three high school students at a gas station in the Osteen area,” according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
