Fleeing Suspect Rams Utah Police Cars in Pursuit, Smashes Window with Head

Brigham City Police Chief Chad Reyes said the man, identified as 47-year-old Brandon Chappell, tried to hit officers with his vehicle and smashed through the window of an officer’s vehicle — with his head.
