Uniban Canada Hosts New Store Training

Uniban Canada hosted a new store orientation training at its technical training center in Hamilton, Ontario. Uniban, part of the Driven Brands family, provides auto glass repair, replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration services.

According to a company statement, 24 new stores have joined the UniglassPlus network in the last year, and new owners and long-time owners joined interactive sessions with marketing, operations, and insurance relations teams. A technical seminar hosted by Uniban Canada’s technical trainer Willy Williams reviewed long crack repairs, recruiting, and retaining talent.

“We have seen exponential growth in the last 12 months at UniglassPlus,” Maurice Filion, Uniban Canada president, says in a company statement. “It was exciting to bring the new and seasoned store owners together to help provide them the tools they need to promote their business, attract customers, and increase sales.” Filion says that more than 50 attended the training. “We’re hitting the grounding running in 2022 and it’s a great time to be a part of our Uniban Canada family.”
