NOVUS Glass Celebrates Kelowna Location

Kelowna in western Canada is the latest location for NOVUS Glass, and joins Fix Network’s global portfolio of locally owned and operated aftermarket franchise centers. Kelowna’s operations manager Scott Maciag has worked in glass repair and replacement for 12 years, according to a company statement. “When I started with the Kelowna Chevrolet dealership, I saw the opportunity to move our glass repair and replacement services in-house rather than outsourcing this task,” Maciag says. “This allowed quality service and quicker turnaround time. NOVUS Glass was our unanimous choice to partner with and we are benefitting from Fix Network’s franchise support and their strong relationships with insurance companies.” NOVUS Glass Kelowna is in a more than 11,500-square-foot facility and close to the dealership, which has been in operation since the 1960s.
