Fix Network’s 13th annual golf tournament supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Canada saw record participation this year, with more than 150 golfers and more than $7,600 raised.
Fix Network wrote in a news release that the more than 150 golfers represented franchise partners of Fix Auto, Speedy Auto Service, NOVUS Glass, ProColor Collision and more.
“The Fix Network charity golf tournament is an important event whose mission goes beyond the golf course,” says Daryll O’Keefe, regional vice president – Ontario, Fix Network. “Our partners and franchisees always look forward to opportunities where they can network, indulge in a friendly tee-off and raise much-needed funds for the community.”
Leslie Hederson, head of National Partnerships, RMHC Canada, says support from Fix Network, its tournament and partners have resulted in more than 1,295 nights of accommodation for families since 2016.
“Thank you, Fix Network, for joining us in our shared vision of a Canada where all families stay close to their sick child while they are treated at a nearby hospital,” she says.
