Safelite Group, owner of Safelite AutoGlass, acquired the assets of Frontier Glass in Buffalo, N.Y. The deal was completed on May 27.

Frontier Glass has six locations in New York: Amherst/Tonawanda, Cheektowaga/Lancaster, Buffalo-Clinton Street, Buffalo-Niagara Street, West Seneca/Orchard Park and Clarence/Williamsville.
Terms of the deal were not known.
