ND Lawmaker Upset Over Cracked Windshields

Dump trucks hauling aggregate material on a North Dakota highway would be required to tarp the material to prevent spillage. Representative Lawrence Klemin says far too often the rock, sand, stone and slate fall out of the trucks damaging roads and windshields.
