Payless Auto Glass and Calibrations has announced an agreement to acquire the assets of Auto Glass Specialists of Easthampton, Mass. The transaction closed April 15, 2023.
“We are excited to have AGS join the Payless Auto Glass team,” Payless wrote in a news release. “Since 1980 Auto Glass Specialists has been in Western Massachusetts. John and his late father Frank, who worked for PPG in New England for decades, have held an impeccable reputation in the auto glass community.”
John Steplar will continue to run the facility on Northampton Street in Easthampton.
The acquisition will be the second location in Massachusetts for Payless Auto Glass.
“This will allow us to provide better auto glass and calibration services for our customers in the Pioneer Valley,” Payless wrote.
