Local mobile auto glass repair technician Spencer Swapp has opened Optic-Kleer Plano, a new auto glass repair business in Texas. According to a news release, Spencer and his wife started the business to pursue their passion for helping people, working with cars and serving the community.
“I believe that because I own and operate this small business myself, I have a huge personal investment in my customers and the integrity of my business,” said Spencer Swapp of what sets his business apart. “I’m not just a tech working for someone else. When someone calls, they know who they are talking with and can trust that I’m going to do my best for them.”
According to the release, Optic-Kleer Plano plans on offering a leak-proof guarantee and free rock chip repairs for the life of each windshield they replace or repair, as well as calibration services. Optic-Kleer Plano is a completely mobile business, which the company says allows it to “cater to the needs of their customers, and make repairs as convenient and easy as possible for their busy lives.”
“No two days are the same, and I love being able to help people get their cars back in tip-top shape! People love their cars, and it’s been great to be able to help them when something has happened to break or damage their glass,” Spencer Swapp said. “It’s great to see the customer happy when their vehicle is looking whole again!”
