Metal Pipe Crashes Through Car Windshield on I-75, Killing Buford Woman in Passenger Seat

A woman died in a freak accident after she was impaled by a pipe that went through a windshield. The accident happened on Interstate 75 in Whitfield County around 1:57 p.m. Tuesday. Georgia State Patrol said a Toyota Highlander was in the southbound lanes when it hit a metal pipe on the road.
