Acura RDX Owners File Lawsuit Alleging Spontaneous Shattering of Rear Windshield

Acura and its parent company Honda are being sued by American owners of the Acura RDX over a flaw that could allegedly cause the glass in the tailgate window to shatter spontaneously, and without warning. The plaintiffs allege that a defective rear-windshield electrical defroster unit is at the root of the issue.

    its not the rear window defogger its the wiper

    55 years auto glass its the wiper which is the problem not heating element rear window
    melts iace condensation get in betwween rear wiper and rubber grommett and refreezes
    swells up and blows up glass see this 100 times a winter
