KSI Kitchen & Bath, a kitchen and bath design firm in Farmington Hills, has acquired Henderson Glass, and its flat glass business from Safelite Auto Glass.
“KSI’s investment will allow us to focus on growing our flat glass business, from residential offerings – such as shower doors, mirrors, window glass replacement, and custom glass – to commercial services such as storefront systems and emergency repairs,” says Vince Moynihan, general manager of Henderson Glass.
