OMAHA (KPTM)- Police said reckless vandals went on a shooting rampage in Sarpy County Thursday. They targeted car windows. Overnight they hit cars from 73rd to 78th street on Lillian street and Edgewood street. Both of the locations started in La Vista and ended up in Papillion.
