ABRA Donates Vehicle to Kuwait Veteran
January 25, 2013
ABRA Auto Body & Glass of Minneapolis recently announced plans
to donate a refurbished vehicle to a Kuwait veteran and his family
through Operation Homefront.
"We are absolutely thrilled and proud to partner with important
charitable organizations like Operation Homefront," says Brad Meyer,
ABRA's business development director for Minnesota. "Offering our
time and resources is the least we can do to help ease the financial
burden on this extraordinary family."
Darcy Clardy, executive director of Central Midwest Operation Homefront,
adds, "We truly appreciate the vehicle donation and recognize what
it will mean to this service member and his family. This gift will
allow him to safely transport all five of his daughters."
ABRA plans to give the vehicle Tuesday, January 29, as part of
the National Auto Body Council's Recycled Rides program.
