Kelly McDonald Returns to Auto Glass Week™ 2012

Kelly McDonald is scheduled to speak at Auto Glass Week™ 2012. McDonald was a featured speaker at the 2011 event where she held a seminar "Understanding the Customer of the Future" as well as a brown bag workshop on "How to Market to Your Future Customer."

"We heard overwhelmingly positive remarks from attendees on Kelly McDonald's sessions and knew we had to have her again for those attendees who did not get to see her at the 2011 event," says Ally Curran, event coordinator for Auto Glass Week.

Kelly McDonald will speak on customer service at this year's event. McDonald's session, "Customer Service - How to Keep Customers Rushing Back for More," will explain the latest techniques that innovative companies are using today to train their staff to deliver exceptional customer service, specific strategies and tactics, Do's and Don'ts, and much more.

Kelly McDonald is a marketing and advertising expert and considered one of the nation's top experts in multicultural marketing and consumer trends. Her client experience includes brands such as Toyota, Kimberly-Clark, Nike, Harley-Davidson, Miller-Coors and Sherwin-Williams.

Auto Glass Week 2012 will be held September 20-22, 2012 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Ky.
