 
Arizona HB 2463 Passes Out of the House

The Arizona auto glass bill designed to address auto glass shops
and possible types of insurance fraud has passed out of the Arizona
House of Representatives and onto the Arizona Senate. The House
passed Arizona HB 2463 with a 50-4 vote.
The bill was amended in the House to include language addressing
third-party glass claims administrators and falsifying information.

"I just hope the Senate doesn't start a new round of changes,"
commented Kerry Soat, chief executive officer for Fas-Break and
vice president of the Arizona Glass Association. "It should
be quite acceptable to any honest glass shop in the state of Arizona."
