Belron US Names Sprigler Director of Customer Experience

Ed Sprigler has been named director of customer experience for Belron US. Sprigler has worked within the vehicle glass business for nearly 12 years.

In his new role, Sprigler will be responsible for strengthening customer satisfaction and optimizing new customer contacts with the company. He will work with employees company-wide to focus on "delighting customers" at every degree of interaction.

"Improving the level and consistency of our customer service will become a major focus for our business going forward," says Rich Harrison, chief operations officer for Belron US. "I am excited about working with Ed in this new role. He is the perfect person for the position because of his industry knowledge and his ability to work with people across the business."

Sprigler's new responsibilities will stress building customer loyalty and ensuring all customers are serviced to the best of employees' abilities, according to a press release issued by the company.

Sprigler began his work in the industry with Auto Glass Specialists, which was purchased by Belron US in late 2005. His background includes sales, operations and marketing.
