US Develops Advertising Team with New Media Director
Ohio-based Belron US has a new media director, Matthew B. Johnson.
In his new role, Johnson will develop and implement paid media strategies
to support the company's branding initiatives for its Safelite AutoGlass,
Elite Auto Glass and Auto Glass Specialists retail outlets.
"Matt has a decade of great experience with developing effective
media strategies and his extensive understanding of the advertising
industry will be valuable to our organization as we expand our branding
efforts nationwide," says Mark Placenti, vice president of marketing.
"We are pleased to welcome Matt to Belron US."
Johnson comes to Belron US from Wendy's International, where he
most recently worked as director of national and local media. He
managed national media planning/buying for general and Hispanic
Johnson also served as marketing manager for LensCrafters/Luxottica
Retail/Ray-Ban in Cincinnati. He graduated summa cum laude with
a bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University in 1996.
