Belron US recently sent 11 of its top-performing technicians to Australia to support the Belron-owned Australian vehicle glass company, O'Brien. The Belron US technicians arrived in mid-November during O'Brien's busiest season.

The Belron US technicians are stationed in either Sydney or Brisbane, which are approximately 575 miles apart on the eastern coast of Australia and will remain in Australia through February 2009.

"For one of our technicians, this is a return to O'Brien as he has worked there previously and for the rest, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience," says Garth Beck, vice president of retail field operations. "I know our Belron US team will represent us well and will provide excellent service to O'Brien customers."

O'Brien will provide the Belron US employees with apartment housing, mobile phones, Internet access and pre-paid calling cards to keep in contact with family and friends.

More than 50 Belron US technicians initially volunteered to temporarily relocate and help O'Brien.
