Boyle Issues Statement on Not Guilty Plea

Former GlasWeld president Mike Boyle has issued a statement to glassBYTEs.com™/AGRR™ magazine, in response to requests for comment about his plea hearing in a case related to his former employer. The plea hearing was held yesterday.

“It just makes news that causes me harm,” writes Boyle in a written statement provided to glassBYTEs.com/AGRR magazine. "Sorry, but when I have my day in court that will be news. Your reporting makes me guilty until proven innocent as any comment I make can be used against me.”

Boyle pleaded not guilty yesterday in Deschutes County Circuit Court (Ore.) to charges of identity theft and unlawful use of a computer related to his former employer, GlasWeld.
