A trial is scheduled to be held in May 2012 in a case against former GlasWeld president Mike Boyle, who was indicted last year on charges of identity theft and unlawful use of a computer related to his former employer, according to representatives in the Deschutes County [Ore.] Circuit Court where the charges are pending.

Boyle pleaded “not guilty” to the charges last July.

A trial readiness conference will be held on May 17, and the full trial is expected to follow on May 22, according to information from the court. The trial was originally slated for November 2011, and had been moved to February 2012, prior to being postponed to May.
